Account Manager - Swiss German Market (m/f)
Our client, Itecor International SA, is an international IT consulting company headquartered in Vevey, with more than 30 years of experience supporting organisations in the evolution of their business-critical systems. To contribute to the growth of Itecor International SA, we recruit today a motivated Account Manager for the Swiss German Market.
Your Role
You drive Itecor's growth in German-speaking Switzerland by owning and expanding its presence in the Bern region. Around 75% of your focus is on opening new doors-activating your existing professional network, identifying high‑potential prospects and turning conversations into long-term business. The remaining 25% is dedicated to nurturing and developing a selected portfolio of established clients.
As a trusted advisor, you represent Itecor's full consulting capabilities - from governance & service management to digital solutions and quality assurance. You understand your clients' business and IT challenges and translate them into pragmatic, high-value engagements that make a measurable impact.
What You Will Do
Lead business development across the Bern region and broader Swiss German market, leveraging your active network to build a strong and sustainable client portfolio.
Establish relationships with decision-makers in sectors where Itecor already brings value (technology, banking & finance, consumer goods, public sector, education) and open opportunities in adjacent industries.
Own the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, qualify needs, design proposals with our expert communities, negotiate and close consulting engagements.
Grow and strengthen strategic accounts, positioning Itecor as the partner of choice for digital transformation initiatives.
Work closely with Itecor Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment between client needs, market demand and consultant capabilities.
Who You Are
You bring a proven track record in IT consulting sales, pre‑sales or account management (2+ years).
You have an active, well‑established professional network in Bern and German-speaking Switzerland.
You are a native Swiss German speaker, fluent in English and comfortable in French (B2).
You combine strong business development DNA with a solid understanding of IT and digital ecosystems.
