Your role as a consultant & tasks
With us, you are not just an executor, but a consultant and designer. You take responsibility, actively contribute your experience and shape the customer's method strategy and software design.
You work independently and take responsibility for complex projects - from planning to successful implementation. Thanks to your keen sense of target group-oriented communication, you can adapt flexibly to different customers and situations. Whether as part of a team or as an independent expert, you are confident in both roles.
Specifically:
* You support our customers in complex projects as an expert with a focus on requirements engineering and business analysis.
* You implement projects with no/low-code solutions.
* You establish sustainable methodological approaches and strengthen the team.
* You use your experience in an advisory capacity and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
* You have a B.sc / M.Sc preferably in software engineering, business informatics or a comparable education.
* You have more than 5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in IT projects
* You have experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders, ideally in an advisory capacity.
* Youwill impress with your strong communication skills and will engage with different stakeholders in a solution-oriented and targeted manner.
* You are fluent in German and English.
* You are mobile and willing to work anywhere in German-speaking Switzerland - our customer locations may vary.
