On behalf of our client, a leading international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Project Engineer.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Project Management (approx. 60%)
* Plan and execute small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business performance
* Perform process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations
* Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessment
* Support production adjustments and product launches
* Ensure responsibility for project costs, timelines, and performance
Concept Development (20%)
* Develop and evaluate technical solutions, including analysis of advantages and disadvantages
Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%)
* Organize and coordinate internal and external resources for timely and professional project execution
Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%)
* Optimize process flows and implement improvements
* Ensure effective transfer of know-how
Your Profile
* Technical degree (Bachelor or Master preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering
* Experience in technical project management within an industrial environment (pharma or chemical industry is a strong advantage)
* Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of complex processes
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
* Innovative mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
