Product Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to develop and implement strategies for our therapeutic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement strategic marketing plans for existing and new products, including target segmentation, positioning, and promotional campaigns.
* Develop product positioning, target patient populations, and differentiation from competitors based on in-depth market analysis.
* Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring sales team training and promotional materials are in place.
* Lead promotional activities to achieve sales objectives, monitoring product performance and making recommendations on lifecycle strategies.
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, MSc).
* At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
* Fluency in German, French, and English.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to turn market insights into actionable plans.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
