You’ll have the opportunity to improve existing manufacturing processes and lead innovative development projects, with a particular focus on automated chip assembly and soldering. /ppbrbHow you’ll make an impact /b /ppImprove the capability of chip attach processes through the application of statistical methods and design of experiments /ppAnalyse production data to enhance process performance, identify long-term trends, and support the prevention of potential failures /ppLead the optimization of automated production systems to improve manufacturing capacity, stability, and quality /ppSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities to sustain and improve production throughput /ppContribute to new product development by shaping production processes and supporting the successful transition to volume manufacturing /ppbrbYour background /b /ppA master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or a related field /ppSeveral years of experience in an automated production environment /ppSolid machine-vision and automated inspection skills, as well as experience in Pick and Place processes /ppStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach /ppFamiliarity with DoE, data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and production statistics is a plus /ppProficiency in both German and English /ppbrbMore about us /b /ppbrOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
