The International Olympic Committee is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement.

About the role:
As the Trainee - Olympic Movement Unit on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions (OM Unit PMC), you will support the unit with legal and compliance work, as well as planning and development of awareness-raising activities and tools.
Your responsibilities:
1. Support the OM Unit PMC in executing its strategy and daily operations, including administrative and organizational tasks.
2. Assist with legal and compliance activities, such as liaising with National Olympic Committees (NOCs), monitoring IFs' compliance with the Olympic Movement Code on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions, and supporting multi-sport event organizers.
3. Help plan and implement workshops, seminars, and forums related to the prevention of competition manipulation.
4. Contribute to creating content and resources for campaigns against competition manipulation.
5. Coordinate IOC’s Believe in Sport activations for major Olympic events, including Milano-Cortina 2026 and Dakar 2026, including planning logistics, staffing, and promotions.
6. Deliver campaigns and presentations for athletes, officials, and stakeholders, both virtually and onsite.
7. Develop and maintain the communication and digital presence of the unit.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders such as Federations, NOCs, and Athlete Ambassadors.
9. Support administrative tasks related to the Unit’s Awareness Raising Strategy (2025-2028).
10. Assist with data management and investigations within the Ethics & Compliance Department as needed.
Our requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a university degree or equivalent.
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with digital media is desirable.
* Commitment to Olympic values and the unifying power of sport.
* Background in political science, international relations, law, or education is highly desirable.
* Experience in awareness campaigns and within the sports movement is an asset.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
* Professional ethics, adaptability, and respect for deadlines.
* Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
