As a Personalberater, you will be responsible for active recruitment and placement of specialists and managers for demanding companies. This role involves assisting clients in creating and optimizing job descriptions, conducting targeted market analyses to identify new candidate pools, and providing professional advice throughout the selection process.

* Recruit and place specialists and managers in top-tier companies

* Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from application to contract signing

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in personnel consulting or recruiting
* Strong knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, especially social recruiting
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
