Nanny should be fluent in English OR in French, to native level. /p pThis is a sole and shared charge position. Mum is currently not working, but will go back to work in future, and until then she will fully respect and support nanny. This is a super opportunity for a nanny who is passionate about nurturing children and giving them the very best start in life. /p pThe parents are looking for a well-rounded nanny who can, particularly in the early days, cover some overnights with the baby, as well as have experience caring for lively 5yr old boys and 3yr old girls! /p pOne of our wonderful maternity nurses is currently working for this family and says they are WONDERFUL and wonderful to work for! This is a great opportunity to work for a really excellent employer. /p pYou will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and the family may get an apartment, which is close by for nanny to stay if not on duty overnight. /p pIf you can drive, they might be able to provide a nanny car. /p pMum is really easy going and down to earth, and fun. She wants a great working relationship with the nanny. She respects and supports her nannies and wants to enable them to do the best possible job and to be happy and there stay long term. /p pWhile the 2 older children are at school (til 3 or 4pm) nanny will be with baby. When the big children are home mum will take over care of the baby and nanny only needs to look after 2 older children. /p h3Responsibilities and Expectations /h3 pThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care, development, and daily routines of three children aged 5, 3, and new baby (currently aged 2m). The primary focus will initially be on the two older children outside school hours, while also providing support with the baby as needed. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning and leading age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, independence, and confidence. /li liMaintaining consistent daily routines, including school transitions, mealtimes, quiet time, bath time, and bedtime routines. /li liSupporting the children’s emotional development, social skills, manners, and respectful behaviour through calm, consistent boundaries and positive guidance. /li liEncouraging independence and responsibility in line with Montessori-inspired principles already established within the home. /li liOrganising outdoor play, physical activities, educational outings, playdates, and enriching experiences. /li liSupporting early learning, including reading, fine motor skills, language development, and age-appropriate educational activities. /li liPreparing healthy meals and snacks for the children and assisting with children’s laundry, bedroom organisation, and other nursery duties. /li liWorking collaboratively with parents and other household staff to ensure consistency and a calm, structured environment. /li /ul pThe family is seeking a nanny who is warm, energetic, and highly experienced, but also confident in maintaining boundaries and providing leadership.
