Strategic Partnerships Development Manager for 12 months
Place of work: Zurich, CH (near the main station "Zurich HB")
Hybrid work: Tue/Wed/Thu from the office
As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you are a relationship builder that thrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully navigates internal processes, products, and teams, and revels in managing complex and strategically important partnerships for the company. You manage and/or deepen relationships with partners, execute agreements, and track impact, enabling the company to be successful. You possess strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, project management, and collaboration.
Engage with the transportation data ecosystem in Europe, to help source priority data, clarify corresponding regulation and aloign on data standards, interoperability and data quality.
Job Responsabilities:
* Drive end-to-end partner/supplier experience to ensure deal integration which includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners/suppliers, resolving partner issues and advocating on behalf of partner/supplier.
* Drive partner strategy, including new partner/supplier and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner/supplier experience and ensure product excellence.
* Drive managing partner engagement and relationship by tracking business metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management.
Role qualification requires proficiency in:
* 5-10 years of experience, in a Policy and/or Partnerships team
* Degree and field Master degree (MBA)
* Experience in working with autorities in Europe (national and/or European)
* Stakeholder management
* Collaboration with the ecosystem around data standards, data ingestion, interoperability, data quality
* Coordination of implementation of data feeds
* Able to engage positively with public authorities
* Collaboration internally within a tech environment (i.e. ability to understand and master data-related specificities)
