The program offers function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities, encouraging problem-solving through hands-on, meaningful experiences from day one.

Job Description

TI's FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program prepares Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that combine technical skills with business perspectives. It provides experiences to help participants understand how to grow TI's business and thrive throughout their careers. There are two tracks: (1) Field Applications and (2) Technical Sales.

This 7-month program aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to grow TI's revenue. It includes three rotations:

1. Rotation 1: Field Sales Office (FSO) - 3 months: Integrates TSAs with a local sales team, providing experience in TI's sales process, customer partnership, and opportunity management using virtual account systems.
2. Rotation 2: Product Marketing - 2 months: Focuses on the relationship between sales and specific product lines, including product lifecycle, marketing strategies, and collaboration with marketing teams.
3. Rotation 3: Sales Operations - 2 months: Offers experience with pricing, supply chain, and customer service, including negotiation and pricing guidelines.

Upon successful completion, participants are welcomed as Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) in TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team, responsible for using technical expertise, managing leads, and developing revenue growth plans.

Note: Texas Instruments will not sponsor visas or work authorization.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields
* Fluent in the local language and English, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
* Initiative and results-driven attitude
* Good time management for on-time project delivery
