Job Description
TI's FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program prepares Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that combine technical skills with business perspectives. It provides experiences to help participants understand how to grow TI's business and thrive throughout their careers. There are two tracks: (1) Field Applications and (2) Technical Sales.
This 7-month program aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to grow TI's revenue. It includes three rotations:
Rotation 1: Field Sales Office (FSO) - 3 months : Integrates TSAs with a local sales team, providing experience in TI's sales process, customer partnership, and opportunity management using virtual account systems.
Rotation 2: Product Marketing - 2 months : Focuses on the relationship between sales and specific product lines, including product lifecycle, marketing strategies, and collaboration with marketing teams.
Rotation 3: Sales Operations - 2 months : Offers experience with pricing, supply chain, and customer service, including negotiation and pricing guidelines.
Upon successful completion, participants are welcomed as Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) in TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team, responsible for using technical expertise, managing leads, and developing revenue growth plans.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields
Fluent in the local language and English, both written and oral
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
Initiative and results-driven attitude
Good time management for on-time project delivery
