In this role, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact regional marketing strategies across EMEA, driving pipeline growth and strengthening market presence in close alignment with Sales and Ecosystem teams. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business priorities into integrated campaigns that combine digital, field, and event marketing. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver engaging customer and prospect experiences that clearly communicate product value. This position requires a strong balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational discipline. You will continuously refine programs based on performance insights to maximize ROI and business impact. Accountabilities
Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies across EMEA, aligning closely with Sales and Ecosystem priorities to drive pipeline growth and business impact.
Design and manage field marketing programs that combine digital campaigns, events, and in-person engagement to reach enterprise audiences effectively.
Lead the planning and execution of regional campaigns and events, including third-party partnerships and company-owned initiatives.
Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights, tailoring communication for regional leadership and executive stakeholders.
Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of demand generation initiatives.
Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing programs to define scalable best practices across the region.
Work with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and events across multiple markets.
Requirements
Experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong focus on field or regional marketing in collaboration with Sales teams.
Proven track record of designing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and using insights to optimize strategy and execution.
Experience managing or supporting regional marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace, as well as marketing automation and reporting platforms.
Understanding of SaaS, DevOps, or software development environments is a plus.
