Maintenance Technician, external sites - 100% You maintain, monitor, repair, revise, improve, and ensure the efficient operation of the facilities and equipment under the responsibility of the You decide autonomously on the actions to undertake while respecting the defined priorities in terms of vital or secondary parameters for the safety of facilities and staff and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. You assist the periodic controls carried out by accredited bodies and perform control rounds and readings; you monitor alarms from surveillance systems (technical management of the building). You have a strong interest in all the disciplines of the technical sector: water distribution, medical gases, compressed air, wastewater networks, heating, electrical distribution networks (normal and emergency), medical equipment, disinfection devices, linen production washing systems, safety, fire detection, asservissement, extinguishing systems, emergency lighting, key management, staff call systems, building management, key and access pass inventory management, floor, wall, and ceiling coverings, troubleshooting and opening systems and other metal or carpentry devices. You have very good theoretical knowledge in technical fields, knowledge of NIBT standards. Exams art 13, 14 or 15 according to OIBT would be a plus. Knowledge of AEAI, SSIGE standards, VSM standards, ODIM, X 118, a keen sense of customer service, your team spirit, and your openness to change allow you to carry out your work with ease and integrate well into your environment. You have a good knowledge of standard office software, the Microsoft Office environment, and CMMS and BMS tools.
