In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing imaging and automation workflows for multiplexed single-cell genomic and spatial phenotyping of tissues and organoids. You will have the unique opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge technologies that directly impact our research outcomes.* Design and implement multiplexed immunohistochemistry and spatial transcriptomics workflows.* Develop and improve single-cell phenotyping technologies.* Coordinate complex collaborations across various research groups at the institute.* Manage liquid handling automation and high-content confocal microscopy systems.* Drive high-throughput microscopy initiatives to enhance data collection.* Oversee organoid and primary tissue histology processes.* Ensure data processing and maintenance align with FAIR principles.* Foster a collaborative team environment through proactive stakeholder management.### **Who You Are**You are a highly motivated and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scientific environment. You bring a passion for technology and possess the social skills to work effectively within a diverse team.* Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.* Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a laboratory or research setting.* Proven expertise in multiplexed immunohistochemistry and spatial genomics workflows.* Advanced proficiency in liquid handling automation and high-throughput microscopy.* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (oral and written).### Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
