On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution, we are seeking a Dealer Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and record all incoming messages from banking clients, process customer transactions (including call/notice accounts and fixed-term deposits), and handle both internal and client queries related to these activities.
Role Responsibilities Processing and recording incoming SWIFT messages and customer transactions (call/notice, fixed-term deposits, FX, gold).
Ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Managing customer queries and resolving transaction issues in collaboration with relationship managers.
Preparing daily internal and external reports.
Monitoring account funding and ensuring AML compliance.
Maintaining records, documentation, and archiving.
Supporting process improvements and participating in projects.
Role Qualifications Experience in banking operations, treasury, or institutional client services (e.g. Dealer Assistant / Back Office).
Strong experience with SWIFT messaging and transaction processing.
Knowledge of AML requirements and account funding checks.
Experience with deal capture systems and reporting.
Comfortable handling customer queries and operational issues.
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working.
