Your Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Human Resources team
Define and implement their long-term HR strategy
Manage and enhance HR policies, processes, and structures to support business goals
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to executive leadership on all HR-related matters
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
Develop and promote a positive workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and employee well-being
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at national and international levels
Your Profile
Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field, with additional professional qualifications (e.g., MAS, MBA, or equivalent)
Extensive leadership experience in HR, ideally in a senior management role
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
High level of intercultural competence and emotional intelligence
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector is a plus
Willingness to be based in the region of Chur
