Visual Appearance of the Stores & POS
* Support retail & wholesale POS by implementing our visual merchandising guidelines & provide reports.
* Ensure the VM (display, product presentation, windows) and the overall appearance of all stores and POS are in line with guidelines through regular visits, maintaining a state-of-the-art brand environment.
* Support partners in implementing windows, displays, trade accessories, furniture, catalogues, etc., to ensure optimal brand expression at the POS.
VM Implementation of Animation and PLV Update for Retail and Wholesale Network
* Forecast, order, and implement animations in all stores and POS.
* Follow up on and update in-store visuals.
* Liaise with the HQ VM team for implementation and validation of VM.
* Coordinate with contractors, oversee execution, and manage budgets.
* Manage and optimize storage/stock of VM materials.
* Oversee client gifting strategies, including needs assessment, ordering, and monitoring.
Activations & Events
1. Activation Plans
* Develop an annual activation plan for stores and key partners, managing KPIs.
* Coordinate all client activations and events with HQ and local marketing teams.
* Analyze and manage marketing budgets.
* Collaborate with boutique managers to identify and recruit new strategic partners.
2. Monitoring Activation Results
* Monitor and report on results (ROI) in collaboration with HQ teams.
* Lead bi-monthly reviews on retail excellence best practices, including competitors and other industries.
CRM Activation & Follow-up
* Drive store KPIs and manage VIC lists to improve segmentation.
* Follow up on KPIs and client treatment strategies.
* Support boutiques in developing their clientele.
* Keep boutiques updated on launches and provide product support materials.
* Share content and product materials with FSS & FR teams.
Retail Admin Coordination
* Support daily in-store operations.
* Overlook stock needs.
* Manage trade and gift orders and deliveries.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree with 2+ years in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the luxury sector; retail experience is a plus.
* Fluent in English; German and French are advantageous.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills for reporting.
