Finance Manager IMPO Inventory & Costing (Zug, Switzerland)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory controlling, accounting, and reporting of gross-to-net inventory for the IM Principal Companies, including manufacturing sites across regions.
2. Collaborate closely with Business Partners across functions such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Tax, and Trade Compliance to influence inventory management and financial flows.
3. Oversee inventory adjustments and product destructions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
4. Ensure adherence to finance policies and internal controls, supporting audit processes.
5. Lead activities for inventory physical counts.
6. Identify operational improvements, standardize activities, and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
The role reports to the IMPO I&C Senior Finance Manager and supervises a virtual team.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in finance or economics with over 6 years of proven experience.
* Strong knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance).
* Leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to interact with management at all levels.
* Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
* Flexibility and capability to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated with a desire to grow and develop.
