For this job creation, join us to bring the digital partnership to the next level! As our Digital Supplier Relations Manager, you’ll be part of the global Vendor relation team, at the heart of our digital transformation, building strong, innovative relationships with selected Strategic Suppliers. Sonepar is committed to delivering an exceptional omnichannel experience to our customers and you play a vital role in achieving this goal.

Your mission: being the single point of contact for the Digital relation with selected Strategic Suppliers, you drive growth through targeted digital initiatives, foster global & local collaboration, and unlock new opportunities by onboarding our Strategic Suppliers into the Sonepar vision for Strategic Suppliers digital integration. You’ll work cross-functionally, influence strategy, build strong and collaborative relationships with the local operations and ensure our suppliers deliver the innovation, quality, and agility our business needs to thrive in our markets.

6. As a digital account manager, you directly oversee Strategic Suppliers and act as a digital key account manager:

7. You cultivate and maintain robust relationships with the Strategic Suppliers and their digital team.

8. You align both Strategic Suppliers / Sonepar strategies from top management to local execution through structured meetings and events.

9. Ecommerce performance analysis: as a key partner to the Business/ commercial team, you shall be able to understand the real business behind the numbers, and transform the data into actionable insights (Sell-Out, growth, online penetration, online/ offline channels, benchmarks, Ecommerce metrics…).

10. Product Data quality excellence: in a very close collaboration with the experts from the Sonepar Product Data Experience team, you will:

11. Ensure the Strategic Suppliers receive the necessary guidelines and support to deliver the best in class PDQ, aligned with our business priorities.

12. Regularly monitor the PDQ and push the Strategic Suppliers for continuous improvement

13. Coordinate between the Strategic Suppliers and Sonepar global/ local PIM teams

14. Unlock opportunities with local operations, bringing value to all parties.

15. Transversal marketing services: you could be involved in the shaping of new transversal marketing services, leveraging retail media capabilities to coordinate and synchronize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, countries, and teams to deliver unified, consistent, and personalized customer experiences.

16. Drive impactful digital initiatives by connecting global vision with local execution—aligning strategies, activating digital features, fostering collaborative discussions, and energizing a community through regular engagement, that shares best practices and creates real value for local teams on both Sonepar and Suppliers side.

The experience you bring

17. Minimum 5 years professional experience.

18. You have a proven experience in Ecommerce, digital Marketing (retail media…), ideally in the electrical sector, retail, B2B distribution…

19. You are familiar with key ecommerce metrics, follow industry’s best practices, emerging technologies, customer experience strategies, and digital sales accelerators.

20. Experience with Product Data (management, syndication, strategy…) is appreciated.

21. Experience with Sonepar (Spark ecosystem) is a plus.

22. Proficiency in English required (oral & written); French or any additional language is an asset

23. Availability to travel internationally (5%)
