Overview Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant vacancy for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities Analyzing and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Designing workflows, data models, and user interfaces in close collaboration with business stakeholders
Communicating Salesforce standard functionalities and guiding business teams in adapting their processes accordingly
Serving as the bridge between business and development teams: documenting and aligning on solution designs
Supporting integration with external systems (e.g., policy systems, document management, email workflows)
Qualifications (Your experience / knowledge) Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce project experience in a similar role (Solution Engineer / Consultant / Business Analyst)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, data modeling, and process design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions
Experience in the insurance industry (e.g., post-sales processes, claims, products) is a strong plus
Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
