As part of this journey, they are looking for a hands-on expert to lead the evolution of HR systems, elevate people analytics capabilities and enhance HR processes across the organisation. ## Job Description ## Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as the central expert for HR systems, data and reporting, playing a key role in enabling more structured, data-driven decision-making across the People function. This position combines system ownership, analytical depth and transformation mindset, within a multi-country, fast-evolving environment.HR Systems & Architecture * Act as the internal owner of the HR systems landscape, ensuring stability, performance and continuous enhancement * Support the ongoing structuring and expansion of the HRIS environment, following a recent implementation phase * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure systems support business needs and evolving HR priorities * Optimise data flows and interactions between HR tools and broader business systems People Data & Insights * Develop a structured approach to workforce data, enabling better visibility on key people metrics * Build and maintain relevant dashboards and reporting tools for HR and leadership * Provide data-driven insights to support topics such as workforce evolution, performance and organisational planning * Contribute to improving data understanding and usage across the HR team Process Optimisation * Review and improve core HR processes, with a focus on clarity, efficiency and scalability * Support the alignment between systems, workflows and organisational practices * Identify opportunities for simplification and automation across the employee lifecycle Project Coordination & Structuri...
