Position Summary
Nestlé Professional is a Business to Business (B2B) division of Nestlé that specializes in providing Food and Beverage solutions to the Foodservice Industry operators.
Your role as a B2B Business Analyst Intern will be involved in implementing global strategies for the Sales and Customer area of the Nestlé Professional's Strategic Business Unit.

A Day in the Life of a B2B Business Analyst Intern
* Assist in building performance reports for the global Business Knowledge SharePoint and global Nestlé Learning Platform, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis
* Help manage PowerBI and apply advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights for business development from various digital platforms, making you develop your analytical skills
* Support the creation and execution of the global Learning Plan for our business communities by identifying key segments, skills, and solutions that feed into the annual capability building roadmap, gaining knowledge in strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, capability building, and project coordination
* Support the creation of commercial best practices materials by analysing channel, customer insights, and the route to market best practices, contributing to your understanding of commercial strategies
* Help develop and implement a communications plan to increase user engagement, enhancing your project management skills
* Conduct data-based analysis and industry research, including SWOT analysis, to support the Sales and Marketing teams on their commercial plans
* Efficiently manage internal inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance site features, resolve issues, and maintain valuable content, while supporting the deployment of new global projects, offering practical experience in project management, problem-solving, and effective communication
* Be a team-player by assisting in administrative tasks and collaborating with colleagues and suppliers for the development and deployment of projects
What will make you successful
* Student or fresh graduate with a degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Analysis or Business Development
* Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
* Proactive, autonomous and curious, with a growth mindset
* Knowledge and previous use of PowerBI, Sharepoints and other Digital platforms like PowerApps are a plus
* Strong ability to use the Microsoft 365 package daily
* Flexible, solution-focused, and capable of working independently
* Experience using R or Python for solving analytical problems, in the field of Machine Learning is a plus
* Understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) industry is appreciated
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken), French or/and Spanish being an asset
