The role reports to the In Room Dining Supervisor and In Room Dining Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProfessional advice and customer care for our guests /li liProfessional serving of food and drinks /li liComplying with our high‑quality standards /li liPreparing the required mise‑en‑place, covering and cleaning work in the In Room Dining Area /li liSupporting your superiors in their daily tasks /liliRegistering all transactions in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting /li liAssisting in the preparation and implementation of special events /li liComplying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry /li liFirst computer skills, knowledge of the Infrasys cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be advantageous /li liCommunicative skills – guests will contact you with complaints as well as positive feedback /li liOpen‑mindedness and teamwork skills /li liExcellent manners and well‑groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma /li liFlexibility and ability to work under pressure – your position will include weekend and holiday shifts /li liExcellent knowledge of German and English.
