7. Understanding of security best practices and experience in secure application environments.
8. Strong troubleshooting skills.
9. Adaptability to new technologies and requirements.
10. Effective collaboration and vendor management skills.
11. Leadership qualities and experience managing multiple projects.
12. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
13. Familiarity with IT project management methodologies.
