Are you ready to lead an engineering team pushing the boundaries of innovation and impact? We’re looking for an experienced Manager Software Engineer to guide the development of our next-generation CoCounsel product and lead a team of multi-lingual technical experts in successfully executing technology projects and solutions that align with the strategy and have broad business impact across the globe. The Manager will work closely with the international CoCounsel development teams to identify and understand key features and their underlying functionality while also partnering closely with Product Management and UX Design. They may exercise influence and govern overall end-to-end software development life cycle related activities including management of support and maintenance releases, minor functional releases, and major projects. The Manager will lead & provide technical and professional guidance for process improvement programs while leveraging engineering best practices. In this people leadership role, Managers will recruit, train, motivate, coach, grow and develop team members at a variety of levels through their technical expertise and providing continuous feedback to ensure employee expectations, customer needs and product demands are met.

* Lead & inspire: Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
* Architect & build: Design and develop AI solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
* Strategize & collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, and other leaders to define product strategy, set technical direction, and deliver innovative features.
* Drive execution: Own the team roadmap and project lifecycle, ensuring that initiatives move from ideation to successful production launches.
* Mentor & develop: Coach junior engineers, support professional development, and cultivate an environment where everyone can excel.
* Measure impact: Define success metrics to track and evaluate project outcomes, using data-driven insights to guide future decisions.
* Shape technology: Provide guidance on architecture, design, and best practices for front-end and back-end development.
* Recruit & grow: Play a pivotal role in hiring top engineering talent and expanding the team’s capabilities.


About You

* Technical expertise: Significant software development experience, with the demonstrated ability to successfully manage software development teams in an agile environment.
* Technical mastery: Experience with robust python development, MLOps, containerization, cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
* AI expertise: Comfortable with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts and AI agents.
* Problem-solving skills: Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic mindset: Adept at driving product innovation and ensuring that technical decisions align with broader business goals.


Preferred Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering or the equivalent. Master’s in a relevant specialization preferred.
* Proven success in recruiting, managing performance, and cultivating a positive team culture.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc).
