Mission: Within your role, you will ensure rigorous follow-up of shipments and proactive communication with our clients, both in Switzerland and in a dynamic environment characterized by a significant volume of transport flows. You will guarantee a structured, reliable, and clear management of data. As a key point of contact between shipments and clients, you play a vital role in the smooth organization of services and, oriented towards customer service, actively contribute to the quality of our customer experience, including in the management of sensitive issues or responsibilities.
