Role Overview
As Technical Operations Specialist, you will be a vital contributor for the daily operational excellence of Switzerland’s largest crypto ATM network. You will manage hardware and software maintenance, coordinate field service activities, handle troubleshooting, and ensure system uptime through efficient technical processes and logistics.
This position requires strong technical coordination skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead service teams and vendors in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
