Your Responsibilities
* Receiving and processing individual and group bookings from inquiry to reservation, in compliance with the standards of "Leading Hotels of the World," Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal QM
* Ensuring smooth operations in the reservations department
* Providing personalized service to our (international) guests throughout the reservation process
* Entering guest data into the Protel on Premise booking system
* Shared responsibility for current occupancy levels and monitoring of the room budget
* Coordinating various rates and conditions with the reservations manager
* Close collaboration with operational and administrative hotel departments
* Assisting in monitoring our availability on online channels (CRS)
