We are expanding our Business Transformation department in Rotkreuz and are seeking a dynamic and resilient individual for the position of Business Engineer .
Your tasks: Develop and implement business engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and RPAs.
Manage platform change processes, including requests for change, configuration, and testing.
Enhance communication and coordination between business units to streamline decision-making and standardize processes.
Define and monitor KPIs, report on performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to align operational initiatives with financial planning.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Support teams in adopting new tools, technologies, and processes.
Conduct training programs in process optimization and business engineering.
Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent is advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in business engineering, process improvement, or operational roles.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and working closely with finance teams.
Experience in leasing or banking sectors is a plus.
Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
