Focus: global procurement of biologics direct materials used in Large Molecule Drug Substance manufacturing across the network. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libSupplier Relationship Management (SRM): /b Lead the SRM process with critical suppliers at senior executive level, including performance management, reliability improvement, and value creation. /li libSourcing: /b Ensure execution of category strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders to reduce total costs of externally purchased materials, goods and services and improve levels of quality, service, and value to the business. /li libContracting: /b Systematically and efficiently manage complex contract approval, administration, and compliance to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk. /li libCategory Strategy: /b Develop and drive the vision, strategy, and implementation plan in close collaboration with internal partners across the portfolio to deliver maximum value for JJ. /li libBusiness Engagement: /b Manage the needs and expectations of the business to drive satisfaction while ensuring compliance with procurement standards and alignment with procurement strategies; lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvement. /li libProcurement Strategy Enablement: /b Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Procurement function, ensure alignment to strategic goals and standards and effectively manage the enabling tools and technology required across the function. /li libRD Engagement: /b Lead the process to identify the needs of our NPI pipeline to ensure resiliency of material choices deploy governance to ensure execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbEducation: /b /p ul liMinimum of a bachelor's or university degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred and/or focused degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. /li liCertifications in CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent are helpful. /li /ul pbRequired Experience Skills: /b /p ul liMinimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. /li liProcurement and/or Supply Chain experience (e.g., Strategic Procurement, Sourcing, Category, and/or Supplier Management). /li liExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to deliver succinct messages and influence (with and without direct authority) and engage partners/stakeholders/suppliers at all levels, across categories, functions, and e2e supply chain, to drive outcomes. /li liStrong business and financial acumen to drive business case creation and deliver value. /li liDemonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment, while ensuring the organization can effectively and efficiently move through transitions. /li /ul pbPreferred Experience Skills: /b /p ul liProficiency with core procurement skills: Supplier Performance, Supply Market Analysis, Cost Modeling, Category Management, Procurement Strategy, and/or Procurement Excellence. /li liDemonstrated ability to think creatively to develop innovative procurement solutions to meet evolving business needs. /li liKnowledge of complex biologics (e.g., resins or media) and Large Molecule Drug Substance Manufacturing Industry. /li liExperience in a highly complex and global environment. /li liExperience in end-to-end supply chain initiatives of manufacturing network, digital tools/technology adoption, and/or resiliency. /li liExperience leading/managing/developing people (direct or indirect reports). /li liStrong credibility with internal customers and with the supplier community. /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liMay require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel. /li liRequires ability, through flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with option for two remote workdays each week. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
