By integrating into our service, you will provide essential administrative support to passionate urban development teams and actively contribute to building the city of tomorrow. As a Responsable administrative et financière, your main missions will include supporting the service head in administrative and financial management, leading the administrative unit of the service, and continuously improving the administrative organization and procedures.
* Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the administrative unit of the service (3 people)
* Oversee support activities for the entire service, especially for the management committee members
* Manage and coordinate all accounting and financial activities of the service, ensuring compliance with budget deadlines and account closing
* Supervise and ensure effective and rigorous management of financial resources (vouchers, accounting documents, orders), in accordance with the City’s procedures and rules
* Oversee the drafting of letters and strategic documents from the service (notices, notes to the Municipality, responses to questions, motions, interpellations, etc.)
* Coordinate the effective handling of internal and external requests to the service (physical and telephone reception), with a strong customer orientation
* Participate in cross-functional projects and work towards continuous improvement of the administrative and financial organization of the service, especially in practices and procedures
Desired profile
* Master’s degree from a university/EPF or equivalent qualification
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Experience in team management
* Sensitivity to change management
* Knowledge of public administration operations and institutions is a plus
* Proficiency with an ERP like ABACUS
* Comfort with numbers and excellent writing skills
* Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills
* Structured personality, with good organizational and prioritization skills
* Proactive and solution-oriented
Work percentage: 80%
Work location: Rue du Port-Franc 18, Lausanne
