This is you
* Proven track record as a product manager with at least five years in development of complex technical systems (hardware & software) and requirement gathering methodologies.
* University degree in engineering or physical science with solid practical experience
* Knowledge in geospatial, imaging and Lidar applications is an advantage
* Entrepreneurial and persistent with focus and a holistic perspective on customer benefits and ROI
* Self-reliant and organized in reaching goals and drawing conclusions
* Analytical in solving problems and transparent in setting priorities in an interdisciplinary environment
* Curious to explore new solutions while managing risks, motivated to continuously learn
* Hands-on team player with excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
* Experience as team leader is required, both direct and in a matrix
* Up to 30% travel might be required
