Your role will coordinate the team’s activities with direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure process flow and optimal outcomes for the company. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGuarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness authorities rules and regulations at all times. /li liOrganize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance, including tools, equipment and work documentation. /li liActively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demand at all times. /li liDrive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow‑up with all employees. /li liTake ownership of the 5S in the area, ensuring tidiness and proper documentation. /li liExecute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve the organization’s targets. /li liAssign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labor efficiency. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical apprenticeship is a requirement. /li li3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities. /li liExperience in a leadership role. /li liEnglish at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher. /li liKnowledge to apply Lean methodology. /li liFurther management education desired but not a must. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
