Fantastic opportunity to join the team at this amazing world-leading wellness resort as the sales manager for properties in Switzerland.
Requirements:
Experience with Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Luxury Collection, or similar luxury hotel groups.
Proven sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably within luxury hotels or international hotel groups. Experience in medical hotels or spas is a plus.
Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Innate sales and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Constant motivation with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Existing relationships within hotel sales networks (luxury travel agents, concierges, family offices, etc.), with knowledge of the Americas and European markets being advantageous.
International experience that fosters open-mindedness and versatility.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish/Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
Interest in international travel and strong organizational skills.
Legal right to work in Switzerland.
