The R&D Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Nutrition Nestlé Production Technology Center (NPTC) Leadership Team and collaborates closely across multiple functions. The role operates in a dynamic, inclusive, and international environment that values diversity, agility, and collaboration.
A Day in the Life of an R&D Administrative Assistant
* Manage calendars and schedules for two members of the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team
* Ensure high‑quality documentation, including minute‑taking, tracking and following up on action points, and maintaining document repositories
* Facilitate efficient cross‑functional collaboration, especially with assistants based in Vevey, Konolfingen, and other NPTC units
* Maintain and update SharePoint and intranet pages; create and prepare content when required
* Proofread and enhance presentations and other materials to ensure clarity and consistency
* Support onboarding activities for new employees and help ensure smooth integration and information flow
What Will Make You Successful
* Completed higher commercial education or equivalent
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an international and matrix environment
* Strong digital literacy and ability to use modern tools effectively
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Proactive mindset and solution‑oriented approach
* Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a multicultural context
* Fluency in English and German; French is considered an advantage
