Title : Sales Manager - Commercial Interiors Products
Area to be covered: Zürich Metropolitan Area
Package: CF 100,000 - CF110,000 + uncapped commission (paid quarterly on invoiced sales) + car
Responsibilities:
Sales Manager role promoting a dynamic and growing international Commercial Furniture and Workplace Specialists with multiple European Locations.
Their design services include: Conceptual interior design, Product consultancy, Furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) consultancy, Furniture proposals, Bespoke furniture design, Furniture and space planning (BIM Level 2 in Revit), 2D planning in AutoCAD, 3D visuals in 3ds Max, 3D walk-throughs in SketchUp Pro, Adding CAD blocks to architectural plans, Take-offs, Site surveys, Installation planning, Auditing surveys
You will be selling directly to commercial office end user, collaborating with interior designers & workplace consultants.
You will build and maintain a region with strong relationships with key clients, industry consultants, supply partners, and other stakeholders.
You will attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market intelligence, leveraging market insights to inform product development and positioning.

Requirements:
Must have A&D / contract / project sales experience dealing commercial office end users in Zurich
Must be German native speaker and fleunt English
Essential to have understanding and strong relationships with some of these influencer cohorts -architect / specifier / interior design / developers community.
Must be hungry to promote a brand to the market
Experience hosting lunch and learns (CEUs)
Experience in Zurich with the above cohorts of influencers is highly desirable.
Experience managing both indirect sales teams and channel partner relationships.
