Join a growing team where you can make an impact, with the stability and support of strong cross-border collaboration. /p h3What about your team? /h3 pIn order to continue our expansion in this market, we are looking for an HR Consultant Project Manager to join our Customer Success team, currently composed of 9 people. You will report to the CS Manager in Switzerland. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liOnboarding and implementing new customers in Switzerland. /li liSatisfy customers by following up on their needs over time and responding to new functional requirements, which will lead to future opportunities. /li li"Localize" by contributing to the continuous improvement of Lucca's consulting activity in Switzerland. /li /ul h3Details of the tasks /h3 pYour missions will evolve as you acquire seniority, but here are the main tasks you will do on a daily basis: /p ul liCustomer onboarding (project management and implementation) /li liSatisfy a wide variety of customers in often complex and high-stakes deployments (SME as well as Large Accounts). /li liGain the trust of local companies in Switzerland as well as key accounts and their subsidiaries abroad. /li liEnsure that the deployment is completed on time and on budget as stipulated in the contract. /li liGather the customer's initial needs and suggest an appropriate response. /li liAdapt our software to the customer’s local context in Switzerland. /li liTrain the administrators to use our software in total autonomy. /li liEnsure the Go-live and the follow-up during the first weeks of use. /li liDemonstrate flexibility and agility throughout the implementation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (unavailability of the client, request for a delay in the launch, etc.). /li /ul h3Follow-up of Key Accounts /h3 ul liKeep a close eye on the satisfaction of your most important customers. /li liSupport these customers in case of level 2 issues. /li liCarry out post-implementation check-ups. /li liIdentify and generate new cross-sell or upsell opportunities to grow Lucca's reach to your Swiss customers (lead generation). /li liBe proactive in presenting new products that may address a customer's past issues. /li /ul h3Contribution to the localization and continuous improvement of the CS activity in Lucca, Switzerland /h3 ul liParticipate in numerous cross-functional side projects. /li liAdapt our offer and strengthen the market-fit of our solutions for the Swiss market. /li liWork in a team with different Lucca Business Units (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.). /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of the business in Switzerland by going beyond your main tasks. /li liFollow and participate in some projects from the pre-sales phase, supporting the sales team. /li liDemonstrate autonomy and initiative in our agile mode of operation. /li /ul h3Profile required /h3 p• 1 year of prior experience managing complex projects. br/ • A willingness to be a key player in this adventure, contributing to the Swiss market's growth. br/ • Looking for a dynamic work environment with varied missions requiring versatility and organization. br/ • Comfortable and eager to work with both local businesses and key accounts (C-Level). br/ • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of German is an advantage. br/ • Clear and structured oral and written communication. br/ • Taste for human contact and pedagogy. br/ • An aptitude for solving practical and sometimes technical problems. br/ • A sense of service and a taste for things well done. br/ • Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset. br/ • Familiarity with web technologies and their implementation is a plus; if not, we will provide training. /p h3Recruitment process /h3 ul liStep 1: Screening interview with HR (30’) /li liStep 2: Manager Interview (60’) /li liStage 3: Case study followed by an interview (60’) /li liStep 4: Final Talk (45’) /li /ul h3What makes the difference at Lucca /h3 ul liDual collective bonus system. /li liOccupational pension plan 100% covered. /li liLunch card with Swibeco. /li liDiscounts with Swibeco. /li liRemote-friendly work policy - remote work possible after onboarding, either occasional or hybrid. /li /ul h3Our culture /h3 pAt Lucca, we have just one rule: work seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously.
