Executive Assistant to VP GPC & VP R&D (80-100%)
As Executive Assistant, you act as a key enabler for the Global Product Center (GPC) and R&D leadership, supporting two Vice Presidents in managing priorities, driving structured decision-making, and ensuring efficient use of management time.
Your responsibilities:
Prepare and structure decision-ready materials (presentations, briefings, reports)
Manage and prioritise executive agendas, topics, and communication
Coordinate key meetings, workshops, and management processes
Act as a central interface between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure transparency, alignment, and follow-up of key topics and decisions
Support travel, onboarding, and selected administrative processes (Time Management/Purchasing)
Continuously improve executive support processes and the use of digital tools
Your profile:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable coordination role
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
High level of discretion and reliability
Ability to structure topics, challenge inputs, and ensure clarity
Strong stakeholder orientation and communication skills
Proactive and independent working style with strong ownership
Fluent in German and English
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; additional tools (RTM, SAP, Jira) are a plus
Proactive in adopting and improving ways of working, including digital and AI-supported tools
