As a seasoned Audit Manager, you will lead audits of prominent companies and contribute to the growth of our dynamic practice by developing trusted client relationships and high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading audits of company(ies) headquartered in Switzerland and/or subsidiaries of multinational groups, including integrated audits under PCAOB and ISA auditing standards.
* Adapting the audit approach to the changing client environment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts, and applying them to client situations.
* Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel, assessing clients' satisfaction, and proactively maintaining contact with the client throughout the year.
* Directing daily fieldwork, informing Senior Managers and Partners of the engagement status, and managing staff performance.
* Coaching more junior audit team members on accounting and auditing matters, fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment, and contributing ideas/opinions to the audit teams.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, accounting, or finance, along with a professional qualification (e.g., Swiss, US, or other recognized CPA qualification).
* At least 5-7 years of audit experience, including 1 year of managerial experience gained in leading audit teams in an international environment.
* Managerial experience in leading an audit team in an international environment, coaching audit staff and seniors on technical accounting/auditing procedures, and liaising with audit specialists.
* An assertive and proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
* Hands-on and self-starter individual.
* Experience in data analytics.
