Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Management (≈%)
1. Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business performance
2. Perform process engineering calculations and drive plant optimization initiatives
3. Conduct feasibility studies for new installations and modifications of existing plants, including:
4. Cost estimation
5. Scheduling
6. Functional design
7. Support production adjustments and new product launches from a technical perspective
Concept Development (≈%)
8. Develop and evaluate technical solutions
9. Analyze advantages and disadvantages to support informed decision-making
Team Coordination & Resource Management (≈%)
10. Identify, procure, and coordinate internal and external resources
11. Ensure projects are executed professionally and within agreed timelines
Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (≈%)
12. Improve process flows and implement sustainable solutions
13. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice transfer within the organization
Requirements
14. Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering / Technology, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or related field
15. Strong ability to apply technical expertise in day-to-day operations
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
17. Highly independent, structured, and organized working style
18. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
