Senior Credit Specialist (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION
Your mission:
Our client, a recognised and well-established banking institution in Switzerland, is seeking a senior profile wishing to evolve in a strategic role with high added value.
Reporting directly to Management, this role offers a true right-hand position with strong involvement in decision-making, strategic thinking, and daily team support.
You will work in a human, dynamic environment focused on service quality, within a small-sized structure offering autonomy, close decision-making, and development prospects.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyse and structure files
- Participate in decision-making and recommendations
- Ensure the quality and consistency of analyses performed
- Provide your expertise on technical and regulatory issues
- Collaborate closely with Management on strategic and operational matters
- Support and assist colleagues with professional issues
- Participate in optimising internal practices and processes
- Actively contribute to the smooth running and development of the activity
Your profile:
- Completed Swiss banking training
- Federal banking certificate, financial advisor certificate, or equivalent training
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Swiss banking sector
- Proven experience in a role related to analysis, management, or structuring of complex files
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Very good understanding of the regulatory environment and risk-related issues
- Ease in communication with interlocutors at different levels
- Ability to support and assist colleagues on technical and operational aspects
- Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, and collaborative spirit
