Responsibilities
* Take orders and serve guests with enthusiasm, professionalism and creativity, using appropriate sales techniques.
* Assist as a Chef de rang, helping to achieve service objectives and ensuring tables are impeccably clean and presented.
* Handle bills and facilitate payments accurately and efficiently.
* Create memorable and personalized experiences for guests, following W standards and responding to the guidance of your Talent Coach.
Qualifications
* Outgoing, dynamic, attentive and empathetic.
* Fluent in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Enjoys working in an international, innovative and bold team.
* Impeccable presentation, reflecting the image and values of the W brand.
* BAC PRO / CFC / BTS in Hospitality or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Motivated, detail-oriented and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
* Interest in the brand’s values: taste, sound, body, stage and expression.
Position Details
Position to be filled for the Winter season: December 2026 to March 2027. Due to visa restrictions, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered.
