PpbFacing the challenge of our time /b - Help us grow and be more impactful! /p pOur bMedical system group /b part of our dynamic successful business unit dedicated to Medical Technologies, based in Bern, is looking for a bProject Manager - System Engineer /b. /p h3Your mission /h3 pAs an accomplished system engineer with expertise in leading projects across hardware, firmware, software, mechanics, and algorithm development, you excel in environments that drive innovation within startups and established organizations in the wearable and medical device sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire and lead research and industrial initiatives focused on digital health monitoring and medical devices. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liManage research and industrial projects focused on digital health systems (smartwatches, wearable devices, patient monitoring solutions, and medical devices). /li liLead project planning and budget tracking, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders. /li liEngage with customers to understand their needs and help formalize requirements for the system to be developed. /li liAct as a system engineer and lead the technical development. /li liContribute to the development of digital health activities, including business development, proposal writing, and grant acquisition. /li /ul pbThe primary place of work will be Bern, with occasional presence in Neuchâtel. /b /p h3Know-how /h3 ul liSuperior level of education (MSc or PhD) in Engineering. /li liStrong project management experience across multiple research and/or industrial projects. /li liExperience in proposal writing and grant acquisition for research and/or industrial projects is a plus. /li liProven experience in the design of systems including electronics, embedded firmware, software, and algorithms. /li liExperience with medical development is a plus (ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62304). /li liFluent in English; French and/or German is required.
