Work as a HR Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR Operations team in Switzerland. As a HR Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the department with administrative tasks on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboarding Process Support: Assist team members with all administrative activities related to the onboarding process for new starters.
* Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage tasks related to the employee life cycle, including the exit process, to guarantee smooth transitions.
* Collaboration with HR Partners: Cooperate closely with HR partners, including Recruiters and HR Business Partners.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate monthly events for new employees.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks, such as processing interview expenses and managing spontaneous applications.
