Immediate start, permanent.
Responsibilities
* Preparation and cooking of meats and fish following the chef’s directives.
* Execution of recipes with strict quality, taste and presentation control.
* Precise dosage of ingredients and culinary mixes.
* Elegant plating of dishes for service.
* Peeling, preparation of vegetables and fruits.
* Stock management and kitchen organization.
* Equipment start-up and maintenance.
* Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Diploma in cooking (CFC, CAP, BEP).
* Significant experience in kitchen, ideally in a large hotel or a high-volume brasserie.
* French is indispensable; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
* Flexibility and availability for continuous hours or discontinuities, including week-ends and public holidays.
* Physical endurance, rigor, organization and professionalism are indispensable.
* Possibility of lodging during the trial period.
