Your responsibilities
:
1. Assist with VIP Registration process, support VIP inboxes, and VIP hotline
2. Executing CRM projects including data processing,
3. Manage pre show and show events logistics including but not limited to
4. Maintaining records of guest list and update RSVP status
5. Support VIP team to oversee check in hosts and ensure smooth check in process
6. Supporting set up and dismantle of events efficiently through to completion
7. Post-events attendance reports
8. Help coordinate and implement VIP programs and VIP benefits
9. Provide basic administrative assistance including coordinate and schedule meetings, keeping meeting minutes, event calendar building etc.
10. The role will require flexibility to take on new challenges as they arise.
Your Profile:
11. Excellent customer service skills and previous experience is a must
12. Ability to maintain professional demeanor
13. Works well under pressure, maintains high level of courtesy at all times
14. Friendly and discreet personality Punctual, works efficiently, attention to detail
15. Languages (Must in English, Mandarin, Cantonese; others would be preferred)
16. Computer proficiency (Database navigation, Microsoft Word and Excel)
