Customer Service Representative (d/f/m)

A leading healthcare organization is looking for a
Customer Service Representative
to join its Swiss operations on a full-time basis. This role focuses on managing customer complaints and supporting the returns process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your Role
* Act as the primary contact for customer complaints from healthcare providers across Switzerland, including hospitals, clinics, care homes, and wholesalers.
* Handle and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization.
* Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate stock checks and inventory adjustments.
* Monitor and manage open cases through to resolution, including issuing credit notes and arranging replacement deliveries.
* Log and track all complaints using Salesforce Case Management.
* Conduct inbound and outbound customer communications in
German, French, and Italian
, including reporting and processing safety-related incidents.
* Prepare monthly reports and statistics related to complaint activity.
Your Profile
* Completed commercial training or a degree in business or a related field.
* Fluent in
German, English, and French
; Italian is a plus.
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
* Comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g.,
SAP
,
Salesforce
) and proficient in
MS Office
.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and team-oriented approach, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
