The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz is expanding its culinary portfolio with an extraordinary highlight: Neora, the first modern Greek restaurant in the Engadin. In the heart of the Swiss Alps, Mediterranean culinary culture meets Alpine elegance, ushering in a new era of Greek cuisine. Guests can expect an innovative concept with authentic flavours, hand-picked ingredients, specialities from the open fire and famous Greek hospitality. Neora represents a significant step in the gastronomic development of the hotel: contemporary, emotional and cosmopolitan.

To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Chef de Rang for the upcoming 2025/2026 winter season for the following outlets: the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora
our main restaurant Les Saisons
the In-Room Dining/Banqueting

Key Responsibilities In our restaurants Les Saisons or Neora: Advising guests on their choice of food and beverages
Selling and recommending selected wines
Welcoming and looking after guests
Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening
Various cashier duties (Micros system)
Daily mise en place tasks
Managing your own station in the Les Saisons restaurant
Serving food and beverages
Participating in weekly training sessions
Working according to Kempinski standards

In our room service department: Working independently during a shift
Taking orders in German and English
Preparing orders and providing service in the rooms
Stocking trolleys for orders
Conducting sales talks – upselling
Organising and distributing treatments
Various cashier duties (Micros system) and daily closing
Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
Compliance with internal hotel standards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Great interest in team-oriented work
Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
You are happy to take responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to younger colleagues
Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
