PpCeleroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high-speed turbo compressors and drive systems using gas bearings for fuel cell applications. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry. /p pTo support our on-going growth, we are looking to strengthen our sales team. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liActive acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base /li liOwnership and development of customer relationships (OEMs Tier 1) as well as incoming inquiries /li liSales funnel management from leads to sales execution /li liPreparation of standard offers, price negotiations and conclusion of contracts /li liTechnical analysis of customer specific requirements and preparation of technical proposals with support from technical team /li liInvolvement and commercial coordination of product/customer turbo compressor development projects (including analysis of customer specifications, translation into product specifications and requirements, technical decisions, status and budget, product costing) /li liDefinition of product pricing and cost calculations /li liTechnical product management (datasheets, manuals, support on product specifications) /li liSupport on marketing, communication and tradeshow activities /li liSupport on definition of product roadmap and market/ customer analyses /li liSupport and contact person on various commercial or technical topics for project team /li /ul h3Our Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education, ideally additional commercial training /li liPrevious experience in sales for technical product within industrial or automotive sector /li liKnowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plus /li liExperience in technical project management/development for industrial customers /li liStrong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands‑on mentality /li liStrong technical understanding and commercial mindset /li liFluent in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus /li liWillingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshows /li /ul pA challenging position with a high degree of creative freedom and room for personal development is offered to a communicative, eager to learn and flexible personality. /p pIf you enjoy working in a team of specialists, appreciate a flat hierarchy and would like to help build an ambitious company in an industrial environment, we are looking forward to receive your complete application (CV, references and diplomas incl. grades).
