Job Responsibilities
1. Research and analysis of patents and technical developments
2. Strategic planning and implementation of patent strategies
3. Preparation of patent applications in collaboration with external patent attorneys
4. Advising and training internal teams on patent issues
Qualifications
* A degree in engineering or comparable qualification is required
* Several years of in-depth experience in patent work, particularly in dealing with patent databases and patent law
* Ideally, additional training and further education in the patent system
* Advanced knowledge in technical fields such as mechanical engineering, process engineering, or medical technology is a significant advantage
* Proficiency in German and English
