Purpose
* As a Project Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of project finance transactions—from execution to monitoring and compliance—within a broad corporate and project finance portfolio. You will ensure seamless management of the debt portfolio and ensure timely and accurate reporting of relevant information. You will operate autonomously in the project finance domain, ensuring the integrity of financial processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Through meticulous operations, you will contribute to the organization’s success and ensure its financial health. Your working environment will be very international with stakeholders across Europe, but also Americas and Asia. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, fostering their development toward full autonomy and driving the continuous improvement of departmental quality standards
Responsibilities
• Support the corporate finance team to structure corporate and project financings (including term sheet and loan documentation review, financial model review).
• Lead the execution of project financings and corporate financings (preparation of drawdowns, ensure liquidity at SPVs/JVs levels).
• Manage the debt portfolio of projects in operations throughout its lifecycle (debt servicing, management of waivers, (p)repayment process).
• Ensure full compliance with financial covenants, information undertakings, and KYC requirements. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (legal, banks, JV partners) on project finance matters.
• Ensure the Group external credit facilities are at any point in time accurately recorded in the Treasury Management System.
• Ensure timely rate set, debt servicing, payment of financing-related costs (e.g. agency fees, MII), unpledge and repatriation of cash under project financings. Cash repatriation
• Active collaboration & support with local sites to ensure timely cash repatriation across the Group
• Prepare intercompany cash call notices & repayment notices, dividend distributions
• Ensure proper recording of the transactions in the Treasury Management System & timely payments Process & Quality Improvement
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of project finance operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Team Development

Education
* Bachelor’s degree (University or "Haute Ecole Spécialisée" (HES)) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (such as Master’s in Finance or relevant certifications) are advantageous.
Experience
* Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, project finance, corporate treasury, or related roles.
* Proven ability to manage complex project finance structures independently.
* Experience ensuring accurate recording of credit facilities in the Treasury Management System (FIS Quantum is a plus).
* Strong command of LMA-standard documentation and related legal/financial processes
* Experience with debt servicing, covenant compliance, waivers, and drawdowns
* Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements.
* Fluent in English is a must, French is a plus
